• Team management and leadership of kitchen staff

• Supporting the chefs in all relevant areas and processes

• Preparation and serving of our dinner menus and possible events as well as breakfast, representing the respective team members

• Orchestration of the posts and their workflows in compliance with hygiene regulations

• Support in creating menus and developing new recipes

• Agreements and relevant meetings with the service team

• Solution-oriented communication and collaborative work with restaurant management

• Ordering, goods acceptance and quality control

• Training of new employees, probationary workers and interns

• Providing relevant learning content for trainees and regular checkups

• Planning and preparation of the personal meal

• You have completed vocational training as a chef or have experience in fine dining and practice your profession with passion

• You have experience in leading a team

• You are a team player and can accept criticism

• You have clear values and are able to conduct feedback discussions

• Good knowledge of English
