We source our vegetables and fruits primarily from regional producers. Short supply chains and sustainability are just as essential as future-oriented and organic farming methods. We know our suppliers and maintain good communication with them. Together, we are constantly searching for new products and culinary rarities from the region.

Regular, vegetarian & vegan cuisine.
That's how it usually is. Not with us. Plant-based cuisine is our norm. But since we don't see ourselves exclusively as a vegetarian or vegan restaurant, everyone will find something to enjoy. Because our pescatarian and omnivorous menus are also based on the same vegetable-focused culinary philosophy.


This way, the whole family can find a place at our tables and everyone can find the right menu for themselves.

PLANT PRODUCTS IN FOCUS

Depending on the season, we use products that we gather ourselves or that our suppliers cultivate with dedication on their fields and farms. Therefore, we also try to process the whole plant, from root to leaf, and create particularly interesting aromas and textures through a wide variety of cooking, fermentation, and preservation methods.

A menu without animal products doesn't mean a deprived evening for us. The phrase "I didn't miss meat or fish at all" is quite common in our restaurant.

But why is that? We don't create our dishes in a classic way and then simply omit the supposed main component or replace it with familiar substitute products.

We trust in the outstanding quality and diversity of our plant-based ingredients and highlight them through creativity and craftsmanship. It's an extra effort that pays off and that you can taste.
