  • How much does an evening at NeoBiota cost?
    Wir bieten drei verschiedene Menügrößen an: 4-Gang Menü ohne Getränke 140€ (nur Di-Do) 6-Gang Menü ohne Getränke 175€ 8-Gang Menü ohne Getränke 195€ Ihr könnt dazu eine Getränkebegleitung wählen, diese enthält 0,1l pro Gang, Wasserflatrate und Kaffee/Tee am Ende des Menüs. Angeboten wird diese alkoholisch aber auch alkoholfrei. 4-Gang Getränkebegleitung 50€ 6-Gang Getränkebegleitung 70€ 8-Gang Getränkebegleitung 85€ Selbstverständlich könnt ihr aber auch individuell unsere offenen Weine oder aus unserer Flaschenkarte wählen.
  • What means of payment are accepted on site?
    We work cashless. We accept all major EC, debit and credit cards except American Express.
  • Can I purchase vouchers on site?
    Gerne könnt ihr Dienstag-Samstag von 10Uhr bis 19Uhr im Restaurant vorbeikommen und Gutscheine kaufen. Diese lassen sich flexibel an euer Budget anpassen und ihr spart euch die Versandkosten.
  • What should be considered when redeeming vouchers?
    We only redeem vouchers that you have printed out or brought with you. Subsequent settlement or payment is not possible.
  • How long are my vouchers valid?
    Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. An extension is not possible. At the end of this year, all vouchers purchased in 2020 will expire.
  • What payment options do I have to pay when making a reservation?
    Reservations are only possible with a credit card or cash deposit.
  • What are the cancellation fees when canceling a reservation?
    The cancellation fee is €100 for a dinner reservation and €15 for a breakfast reservation per person.
  • What are the deadlines for cancellations?
    Cancellations, reductions in the number of people or postponements are free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation. For a group reservation of 6 people or more, the deadline is 48 hours.
  • How far in advance should I reserve?
    We book up well in advance for breakfast on Saturdays. However, we do offer a waiting list for our service times.
  • From how many people can the restaurant be booked exclusively?
    The restaurant can only be booked exclusively for groups of 12 or more.
  • Which dinner options are offered?
    The dinner menu is omnivorous, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan possible but to be selected in advance.
  • What should be considered with regard to allergies and intolerances?
    Allergies and intolerances must be reported 24 hours in advance. Changes in the evening may be possible, but will incur a surcharge of €20.
  • Do you offer a gluten-free or vegan breakfast?
    We have a small selection of gluten-free and vegan breakfast dishes. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we can prepare. We would like to point out that we do not guarantee 100% gluten-free because we bake all breads/pastries ourselves and therefore cannot rule out cross-contamination due to the space available. (Even if you really try to keep everything separate)
  • Can I bring my kids to breakfast?
    Children are welcome at breakfast. However, prams should be registered in advance for reasons of space.
  • Do you offer an extra children's menu or a children's menu?
    No, we do not offer a dedicated children's meal or menu. But the little guests are sure to find something on the "big" menu ;-)
  • Can I bring my dog?
    Well-behaved and relaxed dogs are welcome, but should be registered shortly beforehand for reasons of space.
  • Can I bring my own wine to dinner?
    It is possible to bring your own wine. However, we charge a cork hero of 35€ per bottle.
  • Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible/barrier-free?
    Our guest room is on the ground floor and can be accessed by wheelchair or similar. Unfortunately, our toilets are located in the basement and can only be reached via a spiral staircase.
